Hi Chris,
We're currently developing several windows production tools and applications, but have no fixed plans to create a windows-based version of converter (although the idea has bounced around from time to time here). Really, converter was designed to make productive use of the type of technology available in older computers in order to extend their useable lifespan (as anyone who has been working in music for a while has at least one old computer sitting around in a closet somewhere). If a version of converter for windows is developed at some later point, it will be much different (and have many extended features) than the current version available.
take care,
tom
