hi there,

converter is designed to be able to take advantage of older PC hardware, so your 100MHz PC should be fine. The question that comes to mind would be what video card do you have installed in your machine? As far as DOS is concerned, converter should operate with anything above 4.0 or so, including the dos versions included with Windows 95 and 98...

It is very rare for converter to not support a particular video card, since if the video card's chipset is not directly supported, converter will simply default to VESA mode which is supported on a huge majority of video cards.

Here's what i need to know to help you further:
* what kind of video card do you have? (trident, tseng, ati, etc)
* the version of DOS you are running
* the type of soundcard you are trying to use

with some specifics i may be able to figure out what is causing the problems.

take care and good luck!
